Guidelines for editing articles in the scientific quarterly "New Legal Jurisprudence of Women and Family"
This guide is compiled in five sections and helps the authors of the articles to prepare their article with the accepted design Research Quarterly.
The structure of the article
The submitted article should be a research, showing innovation in women and family issues with the following structure: title, abstract, key words, introduction, discussion, conclusion and suggestions, sources.
1.Title; It should be short and descriptive of the content of the article.
2.Abstract; The mirror of the entire article should include the introduction of the topic, the necessity and importance of the research, the method and findings of the research and should not be less than 200 words and not more than 250 words.
3.Keywords; Include at least 3 and maximum 5 words of index and list words that are separated by commas (,) and listed in one line in the order of their importance.
4.Introduction; The research problem should be clearly presented and explained, and the background of the research and its innovation should be mentioned.
*In the introduction, mention the statement of the problem, goals and necessities of the research (what and why the article is). In the preparation of the article, things such as appendices, annexes, and questionnaires should be avoided, and the goals, questions, and hypotheses of the research should be explained at the end of the statement of the problem.
*In the background section of the research, the following main sub-sections should be mentioned: 1. theoretical background (existing theories, views and approaches about the problem); 2. Empirical background (previous researches and their methodologies on the problem); and 3. Conceptual model (if the research is small and has a model).
5.the main body of the article; with a critical, analytical, documented and reasoned orientation.
6.Result; Include research findings appropriate to the problem plan. If you have suggestions from the research, you can put them at the end of the conclusion.
7.List of sources: APA standard method should be used for sourcing. Table 1 describes the sourcing method for books and articles. If you use other sources of information such as theses, research reports, statistics of government organizations, unpublished pamphlets, websites, audio and video files, etc., use the APA style.
*Separate the sources into three sections: Persian, Arabic and English in the same way, and arrange each section in alphabetical order of that language.
*In the text, all sources, even English sources, must be written in Persian.
*In the reference within the text, if the number of authors is more than three, only the last name of the first author should be mentioned and the phrase "and others" should be used instead of the others.
*If a source is cited several times, it is necessary to state the reference in full each time and not use the word "same".
*If two or more works were published by the same author in one year, the year of publication should be distinguished from each other by alphabet letters. Such as: 2007A, 2007B and .

Qur'anic verses: If it is not necessary to refer to a specific version of the Qur'an, addressing is done only within the text, referring to the number of the surah(s) and verse(s) and without mentioning the page number. In this sense, after the word Holy Qur'an, the number of the surah is mentioned first, then a colon, and then the number of the verse. 2.Important editorial points
*For foreign words and names, as much as possible, use well-known and approved Farsi equivalents. You can use the document bank of the National Library of Iran to document people's surnames. Regarding essential and uncommon foreign names or non-Persian equivalents, only when they first appear in the text and immediately after such words are mentioned, write the Latin equivalent in the form of a subtitle at the bottom of the same page.
*Use number and point for numbering; Like 1. 2.
*There is no need for a space before periods, commas, semicolons, colons, question marks, exclamation marks, etc.; But there should be a space after these signs.
*When using parentheses, use a space before the opening parenthesis and after the closing parenthesis. The word inside the parenthesis is attached to the parenthesis without a space.
*To write compound words or some similar verbs and words, use a half space (for example, humans, goes, decision, measurement, beneficiary, regional, the same, etc.) .) [for example: I want (wrong) I want (correct)].
*Instead of using the (%) sign, use the word percent. Like: 5 percent.
*Avoid using (Ey). For example, the program is wrong and that program is correct.
*Any type of variable or symbol used in the text of the article must be introduced in the first reference in the text of the article itself.
Every figure, whether diagram, chart, map, etc., must be numbered in the middle and in order from 1 (figure 1, figure 2, ...). Diagrams and figures should be included in the text and where they are referred to and should be briefly explained. It is mandatory to express the units of quantities in the graphs in Farsi language. Place each diagram with a blank line between the text before and after it.
*Each table must have a number and a title (explanation) that should be numbered in the middle and in order from 1 (table 1, table 2, ...). The tables should be included in the text and in the first possible place after the first reference to them. The column titles of each table should be typed in center line and all texts inside the table should be typed in right line or center line if they are Persian, depending on the amount of text in the table, and if they are Latin, in left line. become All numbers in the tables must be typed in Persian and Middle Chinese. It is mandatory to express the units of quantities in the table in Farsi language. Each table should be placed with a blank line from the text before and after it. If the tables are taken from a source, the name of the author of that source should be given at the end of the table title according to the APA style.
*If using a checker, write the numbers from the right side, check and write the rest of the numbers. Avoid using periods instead of commas. For example: correct 0.5-5. 0 wrong
2.Tips related to the appearance format
To type the article, only use Microsoft Word software version 2003 or 2007 in the Windows environment with Farsi features. The typesetting of the article should be 1/22 line spacing, 3 cm distance from the right and left sides, 3 cm distance from the top and bottom of the paper. The main text of the article should be in single column with B Mitra font and pt size. 13. And the English font Times New Roman should be prepared. The title of each section or subsection should be typed with a blank line from the end of the text of the previous section. The first line of all paragraphs will be without indentation and the following paragraphs will be indented 0.7.
The maximum number of pages of the article (including all parts of the article, including abstract, text, sources, etc.) prepared in accordance with this guide should not exceed 20 pages.
4.Files sent to the quarterly
