Regarding the launch of the system of university publications; All articles are received and processed through the website of the journal at https://jflw-rey.whc.ir/ Articles received outside the system (e-mail or post) will not be considered.

- Initial evaluation of articles submitted by the editor/secretary of the editorial board/internal manager of the magazine (one month).
• Ineligible due to not being a priority for the journal, lack of fit with the journal's topic, non-compliance with the rules of journal writing: rejected.
• Validation for printing: Submit for evaluation

2- The second evaluation by two judges (three months).
• Failure to confirm the content of the article: Rejected
• Suggesting partial comments to improve the content of the article: send to the author
• Draft general comments to change the structure of the article: send to the third referee
o Non-verification of content and structure: Rejected
o Draft partial comments to improve the structure: send to the author

3- Correspondence of making corrections in the article by the editorial board secretary/internal manager of the magazine (15 days).
• Failure to make corrections (total and partial): Rejected
• Complete corrections: sending to the editorial board for decision

4- The third evaluation by the members of the editorial board of the magazine (two months).
• Acceptance and priority: confirmation and sending of acceptance letter
• Non-acceptance and non-priority: Rejected

The final acceptance certificate will be issued after the final approval in the central editorial board of the relevant publication. Upon request, the receipt of the article will be provided to the author.
