Today, privacy as a fundamental and moral principle has a special importance and place; To the extent that it is possible, it is among the most central issues of human rights. This right is considered as the most important and basic social foundation in the family and in the relationship between couples. Considering the importance of the issue, this article aims to answer the basic question, what is the position of this right in the relationship of couples, according to the specifics of the family? What elements and examples of it can be considered in the relationship of spouses? What is the solution if these examples conflict with some marriage rights and which one has priority? This research, by scrutinizing the concept of privacy, researching its documentation, analyzing the examples of this privacy in the relationship of couples, and examining the cases of its conflict with some marital rights, determines that in married life, the principle is to have privacy, but in some cases, according to the requirements Family-specific rights are limited or violated in cases of conflicts with marital rights. In this way, in the assumption of conflict, the most important right will be measured by the criterion of family consolidation, and it is the expedient of family consolidation that determines which of the privacy rights or other conjugal rights will be prioritized and most important in certain cases.
