Abstract
"Purity rule" or "Asala al-Tahara" is one of the famous jurisprudential rules. Islamic jurisprudents have considered this rule to be valid in cases of hakamiyyah and thematic doubts, in cases of doubts about impurity or purity. According to this rule, whenever there is a doubt about the purity and impurity of something without knowing its previous state regarding its purity and impurity, in this case, the Shari'a law and rule will rule on the purity of that thing. Now, it doesn't matter if there is doubt about whether this object is intrinsically impure or intrinsically pure. In both cases, the rule of purity is passed and the verdict is pure. As a result, we consider both what we don't know is impure and what we don't know is impure.
