Abstract
The rule of correctness is one of the well-known, well-known and common jurisprudential rules among jurists, and it is widely used in most chapters of jurisprudence, in all Muslim and non-Muslim transactions, sayings and actions, and it has been used in various ways. Among the evidences that have been established for the validity and authenticity of this rule, the Aqla tradition is the main reason that there has been no rejection of this tradition by the Shariah. The famous jurists consider this rule to be authoritative and governing Istihab, and it can be used even in the verb of non-Muslims. In this article, we will examine this rule and the problems raised in it, as well as the scope of this rule.
