Abstract
Menopause is one of the topics that is the source of many jurisprudential and legal works in various fields for women. Many personal and religious, social and family rulings and many criminal and judicial rulings are related to the issue of menopause. Menopause age can be examined from different aspects such as medical, legal, jurisprudential, educational. Considering the wide range of provisions and provisions related to menopause, it is one of the necessities of the law to regulate this external issue, which has many legal, criminal and religious effects. Therefore, the average age at which women usually go through menopause is defined as menopause age. Declaring one's age does not in any way mean proving the fact of menopause abroad; Rather, it is only the source of credit and legal or religious works in case of uncertainty about true menopause. Most jurists consider the age of menopause to be the end of fifty lunar years, and Sayyid women are not subject to this rule, and they consider the end of sixty lunar years for them. The basis of jurists in determining age is a number of hadiths, all of which can be considered. This research is trying to investigate the sayings of jurists in Khamsa religions
