Abstract
The present article is entitled "Jurisprudential Rulings of Playfulness and Play from the Perspective of the Qur'an and Hadiths" with the aim of explaining and describing its relationship with the rules of Khumsa (Wajib-Mustahab-Permissible-Haram-Makruh); Based on this, in Islam, it is a rooted issue that has an inseparable connection with the nature of the world and human life; In today's world, the prevalence of illegitimate joys, joking and learning sciences that knowing or not knowing it has no fruit; Like computer games and watching fictional series, sometimes absurd and meaningless, it has become one of the most common and accessible family and group topics; Therefore, in order to correctly understand the examples and rulings of Lahu from the perspective of the Qur'an and hadiths, we have analyzed its jurisprudence rulings in terms of reprehensible and non-reprehensible along with mentioning its examples and pathology and finally presenting a solution. In conclusion, it has been deduced that not every reprehensible detestation is abominable or forbidden; Because being entertaining does not mean that the life of the world and what constitutes it is forbidden; Rather, it is based on the noble verse of the Quran (Luqman/6) that lahoi that causes people to go astray, heedless and forgetful of the remembrance of God; It is forbidden in such a way that it causes people to go astray.
