In order to create a healthy society in which the rights of people are respected, the holy religion of Islam has organized special educational programs so that the members of the society can live in safety and comfort and provide the basis for the growth and prosperity of the people. These programs are sometimes in the form of encouragement and purely educational, and sometimes in the form of punishments that are applied to seditionists, disrupters, corrupters and those who create insecurity in the society. One of these punishments is the limit and punishment that is considered for bandits and disturbers of public security, and they are referred to as warriors against God and the Prophet and corrupters on earth. The symmetry of the two titles "Moharibeh" and "Efsad fi al-Araz" in verse 33 of Surah Ma'idah has caused a difference in the opinion of jurists and jurists. A large number of them consider "corruption of the earth" as a term in jurisprudence, and on the other hand, some of them have considered the two titles in two different concepts. The current research, while considering the two mentioned titles to be contradictory, considers the existence of both necessary to prove the four punishments and considers the Moharebeh mentioned in the verse to be wider than the term meaning.
