One of the sciences that has a direct impact on the understanding, translation and interpretation of the divine word is "the science of reciting the Qur'an". For this reason, this science has long been the focus of Qur'an commentators, and their collective effort is to present the best interpretation according to the accepted readings, taking into account the different readings and their influence on the understanding of the Qur'an. The same influence also shows itself in the interpretation. In this article, after reviewing the basic definitions and titles, the letters of the verses of Surah Al-Baqarah, whose readings differ among the seven famous recitations (the seven recitations), have been counted, analyzed and compared. Through this review and comparison, the degree of compatibility of some interpretations with the narration of Hafs from Asim as the most famous reading among Muslims is determined.
