Abstract
Marriage is the biggest and most important event in every person's life, the success or failure of which will be decisive for each couple. The influence of the family on the growth, balance and prosperity of people in the society is so great that no expert can deny it. Islam, as a natural religion, its rulings are based on human nature, so it seeks to build a strong family by observing individual and common standards and orders. Marriage and divorce have special moral aspects, and among the most important moral aspects of marriage, we can mention satisfaction of instinctive tendencies, preservation of chastity, growth and development, the most popular building, etc. Ethical customs in marriage are sometimes specific to women, sometimes specific to men, and sometimes shared. Also, peace and forgiveness, counseling, referring to the ruler, benevolence in divorce, etc. are among the moral aspects of divorce. This article is based on the method of examining library documents and documents, which examines these funds in the two mentioned categories.
