Abstract
Mysticism and Sufism have been fundamentally different from each other throughout history despite the apparent similarities in some customs. Mysticism has its roots in the Quran and the Sunnah; But Sufism has an eclectic root. This rootedness is due to the influence that natural religion has on man and leads him to asceticism and from there to self-knowledge. During the history of Mushrab, Sufiya went astray and was drawn towards interpretations based on the words of God and the infallibles (peace be upon them). What is introduced as Sufi today is certainly far from the truth. The interpretation of the Qur'an is based on intuition resulting from an inner state, which arises as a result of remembrance, actions or thinking in a person, if it is correct and certain, it is proof only for the person who experienced it and cannot be transferred to others, and it is proof for others. will not be. As a result, these revelations have led to incorrect interpretations and interpretations and cannot be the source of interpretation of the Qur'an. This research, with the method of describing and analyzing the text and using a library method, seeks to analyze the differences between the views of mysticism and Sufism and its role in the interpretation of the Qur'an
