Abstract
In Nahj al-Balagha and other narrative books, there are sentences about condemning women. The existence of such narrations, especially from Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him), has caused some opponents and opponents of Islam to consider the laws of Islam as anti-women and to take a tough stance against them. For this reason, Islamic scholars, with the help of hadith jurisprudence and observing the principles and foundations of hadith understanding, have examined this group of traditions from the point of view of evidence and evidence in order to evaluate their authenticity. Based on this, the problems of a document, such as being a messenger, have led to the possibility of not issuing some interpretations from Amir al-Mu'minin (peace be upon him). By ignoring the documentary problems, and carefully reflecting on the concepts and meaning of the words, as well as considering the evidence, these narrations can be justified and will remove the doubts surrounding this group of narrations.
