Abstract
Negligence in preventing conflict leads to the destruction of the family foundation, and this is a threat that, whether it is caused by the husband or the wife, can lead to conflict and then to incompatibility on the part of the parties, and finally to separation and divorce. . In order to prevent the preparations for the collapse of the family unit, the Holy Quran has paid attention to this important matter in two verses 34 and 128 of Surah Nisa with a guidance approach and providing preventive measures in the framework of privacy and secrets within the family. This research has analyzed the comparison of men and women's fear of narcissism in the Qur'anic jurisprudence system with the analytical-inferential method and library study. The results of the research show; Based on the role and position of the couple in the family and according to the rights and duties of the subject, the way of functioning and the way of facing the fear of divorce will be different in some cases for men and women.
