Abstract

The issue of women's work outside the home and her economic conflicts and the conflict of these jobs with the main role of women in the family as a teacher and provider of the emotional needs of family members are among the issues that deserve more attention and care. As half of human resources, women can play a great role in economic growth; In such a way that both the needs of the family are met and the society can benefit from their expertise. Therefore, women should benefit from the right to employment - as one of the fundamental human rights - without discrimination. Non-discrimination can lead to gender equality, i.e. equality between all the rights and duties of women and men in all areas, and to gender justice, i.e. recognition and different and at the same time fair duties for women and men, considering the characteristics to understand their nature. In relation to the field of employment, the benefit of equal social opportunities and the redistribution of responsibilities within the framework of gender justice are in the focus of attention. The present article aims to investigate gender justice in the field of women's employment, which has analyzed the issue from a jurisprudential and legal point of view. Surveys show that in our society and in the field of women's employment, there are no equal opportunities between women and men. Legislators should seek to establish gender justice by eliminating patriarchal and sexist views.
