Family is the foundation of society and one of the important factors of creating civilization. Since the growth and upbringing of people is founded in the family and the health and prosperity of the human society depends on the correct and stable education that occurs in the family, therefore the existence of a set of teachings as mutual rights as a comprehensive law for management and control This institution is necessary. The religion of Islam has guidelines in this field, the observance and implementation of which can eliminate possible disturbances, and provide grounds for the growth and prosperity of this institution. In this research, using the content analysis method as one of the text-oriented and interdisciplinary research methods, it was tried to examine and categorize the collection of Quranic verses and hadith teachings in this field, and finally, the mutual rights of parents and children as Explain the main elements of the family. The findings of the research show that the religion of Islam has placed a lot of value on this institution and has assigned certain rights and duties to all its stages, members, levels and time periods.
