Supporting the families of female prisoners in the judicial and executive criminal policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract

 
The family is the first fundamental unit of every society. This institution has different value and credibility in different societies according to political, economic, social and cultural structures. In our legal system, the constitution emphasizes the importance of the family institution in many principles, it is toxic in honoring this social institution and obliges the ordinary legislator to strengthen its pillars by enacting the necessary laws. In this regard, many service institutions are obliged to support for the families of prisoners.
The purpose of the present study is to look at the dimensions of support for the families of female prisoners in Iran's legal system. This research, by applying the professorial method and using the descriptive-analytical method, examines the measures taken by legal and social institutions to support the rights of the families of female prisoners in Iran's legal system. The findings of the present research show that the judiciary has adopted appropriate measures and measures in the regulations of the organization of prisons and protective and educational measures, taking into consideration the families of prisoners and supporting them. Therefore, it can be acknowledged that the analysis and investigation of the functioning of the judicial system and its related institutions, as well as the institutions that support the families of prisoners, and providing appropriate solutions to support as much as possible. The families of female prisoners can make them less vulnerable
