Abstract
Oppression is discreditable from the perspective of Reason and Sharia, and its perpetrator is reprehensible. And since oppression is an additional thing, it is different from its counterpart, and in some cases it is Uglier than others, and its perpetrator deserves more blame.
Since women are less physically capable than men and have more emotional, they are naturally more vulnerable to all kinds of oppression, insults, and harm, and as a result, acts of oppression are more ugly towards them. And when injustice is done to the greatest lady that has ever been and will ever be, the holy hazrat Zahra (peace be upon her), it will undoubtedly be of the highest level of ugliness and blasphemy. The present research was conducted with a descriptive and analytical method with the aim of jurisprudential analysis of the oppression verdict and participation in it towards Hazrat Zahra, and since the scope of the subject was broad, in the upcoming research, it was limited only to the investigation of direct atrocities against her.
. The findings of the research indicate that the oppression of Hazrat Zahra and the displeasure of her and as a result of her displeasure is equal to the oppression and displeasure of the Messenger of God and God and the displeasure of God and His Messenger, and the displeasure of God and the Messenger and her displeasure also causes disbelief and leaving the circle of religion.
And regarding each of the special injustices inflicted on her Holiness, according to the aspect of natural right or divine right of having it, or both aspects, the criminals are guarantors, and regarding the property, they are obliged to return it to the heirs of Hazrat Zahra and compensate it, and regarding the Regarding divine rights, such as the limit of muharibeh and corruption, they are subject to the implementation of the limit and ta'zeer.
