Islam as a comprehensive school consists of timeless and endless teachings that highly deemphasized on foreign policy as a basic principal. Promulgation of Islam's ethical paradigms in general meanings and specifically political diplomacy can be observed in holy Quran and prophet's teachings. Objectives of Islam's political diplomacy like notification of Islam, establishment of monotheism system in the world, achievement of justice, nullification of any kind of domination, standing for oppressed people and … are based on some ideological basics of Quran's verses and prophets' teachings. Prophet's Islamic government got advantage from so many political, diplomatic, economic, advertising and defensive strategies along with power resources of foreign policy and environmental conditions of that time for achieving these objectives; by noticing on descriptive-analytical method of prophet's government, his ethics and considering challenges and predicaments of Arabic peninsula, the expansion of Islamic territories to other countries, then establishment of the great Islamic civilization can be justified.
