Abstract
Doubt about example means that the meaning and concept of a specific reason is completely clear and there is not the slightest ambiguity in it, and the mistake is in one or more external examples, the origin of which is external affairs. There is also a conceptual doubt in the place where the target is comprehensive in terms of the concept; It means that the meaning of custom is not exactly clear. There are some debates about the permissibility of holding to the general in conceptual and conceptual doubts. In this, is it permissible to hold to the general in the doubts of Masadaqiya or not? There are two theories: it is attributed to ancient famous people that it is permissible to rely on the general in the doubt of the authenticity of the specific evidence, and according to the opinion of the later famous people, it is not permissible to adhere to the general in the doubt of the authenticity of the specific reason, and there is no difference between the connected and the separate evidence. In order to prove each of these two theories, there are reasons, none of which are complete. The truth is that it is not permissible to rely on the general in cases of doubtful authenticity; Because the specific is a stronger proof against the general. In the case of conceptual doubts, it is absolutely not permissible to stick to the general in the connected clause. In this article, we examine the issues of these two doubts.
